Magic Baby Books is a service for creating child profiles, collecting memories, inviting family members, and turning those memories into personalized baby books.

The service is operated by Social Tech Nova AB, Sweden.

To create and manage a child profile, you need an account with Magic Baby Books Premium or access granted directly by us.

Family contributors and viewers may be invited to access a child profile without paying, as long as the child profile is covered by an active Premium admin account or other access granted by us.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity that happens through your account.

Magic Baby Books Premium may be offered as a paid subscription with a free trial. The trial length, price, renewal period, taxes, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout before you purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments, renewals, and cancellations are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout.

If your subscription ends or payment fails, child profiles connected to your account may become locked. Viewers and contributors may lose access while the profile is locked.

We may grant complimentary or promotional access to selected users. Complimentary access can be changed, limited, or removed at our discretion.

Complimentary access is intended for testing, support, partnerships, gifts, or other cases approved by us.

You keep ownership of the photos, text, and other content you add to Magic Baby Books.

By adding content, you give us permission to store, process, display, and use that content as needed to provide the service, including creating previews and baby books for you and the people you invite.

You should only upload content that you have the right to use and share.

Magic Baby Books is designed for family memories, including content about children. Please use care when inviting others and when deciding what to share.

Admins are responsible for managing who can view or contribute to a child profile.

If a child profile is no longer covered by an active Premium admin account or other access granted by us, the profile may be locked.

Locked child profiles may be permanently deleted after 90 days from the relevant subscription expiry or access end date. Deletion may include photos, memories, generated books, and related files.

We may also delete content when required by law, to protect the service, or when you ask us to delete your data and we are able to do so.

You may not use Magic Baby Books to upload illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or exploitative content.

You may not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data without permission, or misuse invitations or sharing features.

Magic Baby Books is still developing, and features may change over time. We may add, remove, or change features, prices, and access rules.

We will try to avoid changes that unfairly surprise paying customers, but we cannot guarantee that every feature will remain available forever.

We provide Magic Baby Books as-is and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Social Tech Nova AB is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, or damages caused by events outside our reasonable control.
