Account and Data Deletion

To request deletion of your Magic Baby Books account and associated data, email hello@magicbabybooks.com from the email address used for your account.

Please include the words Account deletion request in your email so we can route it correctly.

You can also request deletion of specific data without deleting your entire account.

To request deletion of specific data, email hello@magicbabybooks.com from the email address used for your account and describe what you want deleted, such as child profiles, photos, memories, comments, generated books, uploaded media, or invited family access.

When an account deletion request is completed, we delete or de-identify account information and associated Magic Baby Books content where we are able to do so.

This may include your account profile, child profiles, uploaded photos and videos, memories, comments, reactions, generated book content, invitations, and related files.

Some information may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, subscription, tax, backup, or dispute handling reasons.

If we need to keep limited information, we keep it only for as long as needed for those purposes.

We aim to respond to deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible after verifying the request.

Some data may remain in backups or logs for a limited period before it is automatically overwritten or removed.
